These clients had loved their home for years but were ready for an update. We increased the opening between the dining room and living room, closed the kitchen off to the front hallway, and joined the previous addition to the main spaces.
All new millwork and flooring were installed and the space was given unique details such as proud door jambs, integrated floor registers, and a toe kick vacuum.
